Successful comeback for Belgium – the results of the qualification tournaments

(Wolfgang Philipps) The four qualification tournaments for the 2008 Men´s European Youth Championships started without big surprises. The most interesting result was announced at the matches of Group C in Sofia, Bulgaria. Here the team from Belgium was celebrating a comeback seven years after the last appearance at the 2001 European Youth Championships in Hagen, Germany and achieved a 5-4 victory against Great Britain.
